This is our “good night” remedy, designed to improve your quality of sleep and encourage deep rest and relaxation. It combines both clinical research and ancient practices to release tension and bring the body’s rhythm into balance. This holistic Sleep Support Program leaves you well-rested and rejuvenated, helps you recover from jet leg and stabilises sleep cycles.

Our signature yoga experience employs tuning forks, blending frequencies and vibrations together with the sounds of nature and wind chimes, enhanced with aromatherapy.

Created uniquely for Mi Sol Spa, this is a must-do, one-of-a-kind multi-dimensional session of calming yin yoga. We use slow-paced asanas (postures) in a memorable, customised experience to enhance your healing and relaxation.

While you are in key postures, the yoga teacher will place tuning forks and essential oils on certain parts of your body to relax tight muscles and to extend and lengthen your yoga poses.

60 minutes

A full, deep body massage incorporating both Thai and Vietnamese techniques, using fingers, palms, elbows, and knees. Your therapist will stretch various muscle groups, stimulating a flow of internal energy.

With the 90-minute treatment, you may choose one of these therapeutic Asian techniques:

• Cupping – utilising heated suction cups, ideal to ease muscle pain and boost circulation
• Warm herbal compress – to further relax tense muscles and boost circulation
• Coin or ginger slice massage – to boost circulation and stimulate the lymphatic system

60 minutes or 90 minutes

A detoxifying herbal steam prepares your body for a zesty exfoliation using essential oils, cinnamon, and walnut shells to revitalise, tone, and purify.

Then, you’ll be enveloped in exquisite, mineral-rich clay infused with spiked ginger lily, spirulina, and green tea.

To finish, you’ll be offered a choice of aromatic-infused body butters, lotions, or blends for all-over hydration.
