Mi Sol Spa is named after the tones in the musical scale – do, re, mi, fa, sol, la and ti – each of which has a specific vibration frequency and can enhance the flow of “qi”, or natural energy, around the body. For example, mi – 528 hertz – can stimulate love and restore equilibrium, while sol – 741 hertz – cleanses the body of toxins. The spa’s immersive multi-sensory experience starts as soon as guests arrive.
