Recognised for a unique architectural style that blends yin and yang philosophy with traditional Vietnamese design, our success since opening in June 2012 has been built on rich local culture and a dedicated team that embraces the values of hospitality.

We invest in our employees by prioritising local hiring and providing training across all levels of the business. We maintain a documented Code of Behaviour addressing harassment and exploitation, integrated into daily operations and outlined in the Employee Handbook. We comply with domestic labour laws and uphold employee rights. We organise periodic training sessions and social events, respect diversity and equality across all levels and maintain formal policies to prevent bribery and corruption.

We also invest in the local community by collaborating with local hospitality schools through training and engagement meetings, supporting ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and actively promoting local products. Our activities are designed to positively reinforce local access to livelihoods, including land use, aquatic resources, transport, or housing.

For guests, we provide information about local cultural customs, historical background and the surrounding natural environment. We also incorporate elements of local art and architecture into the design of our property.
