Health & Safety Commitment

We follow health and safety laws, regulations and internal procedures to support a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Food safety is managed through HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), supported by sanitation practices across all areas. Fire safety follows PCCC (Vietnamese fire prevention and fighting requirements), with an annual fire evacuation drill conducted as part of preparedness.

We also provide doctor services and first aid and maintain a lifeguard service in place.

Operational safety is reinforced through safe equipment and regulations in the Engineering department, an automatic chemical closing system in Housekeeping, Engineering, and kitchens, and clear disclaimer and caution signage in relevant areas. We maintain incident and accident reporting and monitoring, supported by disaster management and emergency response procedures.
