One-and-only Wine Experiences in Vietnam

Amedeo Bellini, Head Sommelier, spends his time researching and carefully collecting some very special wines for La Maison’s wine cellar. His goal is to build the most exceptional collection of rare and renowned vintages in Vietnam.

“I’m very pleased to say that we have obtained the unique Vosne-Romanée Cros Parantoux from Henri Jayer 1994,” Amedeo said.

“Our resort holds the only bottle in Vietnam. But I can also recommend a world of other rare, highly sought-after labels: La Grande Rue by François Lamarche, a 50-year-old Château d’Yquem, a vintage collection of Meursault Coche Dury, and several grand crus from Armand Rousseau.”

Amedeo and his team are pleased to arrange a pairing and wine/Champagne tasting, creating a delectable menu pairing leading Champagne with exclusively sourced caviar.
