Refresh and energise yourself in our new day-long Energy Zen Retreat – and leave with valuable knowledge to incorporate into your everyday life.

Your host and our in-house wellness guru Alyona will take you on a captivating journey of mindfulness walks, yoga for all levels of expertise, relaxation experiences, and even a sunset “beach boogie” to crown your day. You’ll enjoy a swim and healthy lunch poolside and may decide to choose optional fun fitness or tai chi sessions with our other well-being experts – or just have some blissed out “me time”.

When: The Energy Zen Retreat runs from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and in 2023, is offered on the first Sunday of every month:
