Step in from the rainforest into the Joie de Vivre of Paris at La Maison 1888, Danang’s first Michelin Star restaurant. Three Michelin Star Chef Christian Le Squer inspires French cuisine in this captivatingly beautiful recreation of a colonial Indochine mansion. Christian fuses classical French techniques with modern creativity. He is described as a perfumer or a couturier, in that he fashions flavours that sing new sensations, piecing together signature dishes that combine tastes, textures, and colours with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Dine in La Veranda, the romantic, candlelit main restaurant on the ground floor, or on an expansive outdoor terrace. Upstairs, your group might enjoy one of three private dining rooms – each themed according to the fictional siblings who inhabited this historic house. One brother’s room is filled with travel paraphernalia, another brother’s is an Accountants Room with antique adding machines, and the third is a glamorous ladies’ boudoir for the sister.
