Across five special evenings, Tingara chefs welcome acclaimed guest chefs for a dining series shaped by Japanese culinary craft and distinct French and Vietnamese perspectives, with Chef Junichi Yoshida joining the occasion.
Each dinner is expressed through an eight-course tasting menu, with curated pairings and an authentic tea presentation. A refined pairing featuring Champagne Billecart-Salmon and premium wines curated by Celliers d’Asie adds another layer to the experience.
