A week of bold flavours, shared craft and creative exchange begins here. Across the resort, chefs, mixologists and artistic talents from Vietnam and beyond come together for a lively celebration of craft, culture and culinary imagination, each bringing their own story to the table.
At the heart of the festival is Bensley x Le Squer: The Art of Joie de Vivre, a rare meeting of Bill Bensley’s expressive world and Chef Christian Le Squer’s three-Michelin-starred cuisine at La Maison 1888. The week continues at Tingara, where Michelin-starred guest chefs join our Japanese culinary team for a series of standout evenings shaped by artistry, technique and flair.

The Festival Begins!
June 6 | Sea Level
Artisan Stories’ opening day comes in two parts along our beachfront.
The afternoon begins with the Beach Party on Coconut Beach, a sunlit stretch of live cooking, signature bites, art activities and music. As sunset arrives, the mood shifts into the Beach BBQ & Bonfire, where firelight, live music and art-led moments carry the festival into the night.

Festival Signatures at La Maison 1888
Central Vietnam’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, La Maison 1888, sets the stage for the festival’s most expressive dining moments, bringing haute cuisine, fine wine, art and conversation into one intimate setting.
June 8-9 | In Residence: Chef Christian Le Squer
Chef Christian guides the evening with a tasting menu that expresses haute cuisine as an art form in itself.
June 10-11 | Bensley x Le Squer: The Art of Joie de Vivre
For two nights, Bill Bensley joins Chef Christian in person for the festival’s defining experience, an encounter between whimsical art and haute cuisine, expressed course by course.
Culinary Constellations at Tingara
Across five special evenings, Tingara chefs welcome acclaimed guest chefs for a dining series shaped by Japanese culinary craft and distinct French and Vietnamese perspectives, with Chef Junichi Yoshida joining the occasion.
Each dinner is expressed through an eight-course tasting menu, with curated pairings, a traditional sake barrel ceremony and an authentic tea presentation.
A special wine pairing by Celliers d’Asie, featuring Château Pontet-Canet, adds another layer to the experience.
Festival Brunch
June 7 | Festival Sunday Brunch at Citron
This is brunch with craft in full view. Premium seafood on ice and signature carvings anchor the table, while chefs take over the room with interactive live-cooking stations, Michelin-inspired touches and a rare appearance by Madam Ánh Tuyết, Vietnam’s culinary icon, bringing traditional Vietnamese cuisine to life.
International gourmet selections meet refined Asian flavours, followed by fine cheeses and an artful dessert sequence paired with Champagne Brut, Billecart-Salmon Rosé, wines and cocktails. A Billecart-Salmon Brand Ambassador adds Champagne storytelling and guest engagement throughout the experience.

Two evenings of contemporary mixology led by Ohm Supapat of Bangkok’s F*nkytown, the 50 Best Discovery-listed bar named among Tatler Asia’s Best 100 Bars in 2024 and 2025. Known for a playful, idea-led approach to cocktail culture, Ohm presents a four-drink signature menu that gives Vietnamese herbs and botanicals a fresh new expression, served with canapés and live music
