InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort
SUNSHINE & SECLUSION
Our resort, IHG’s flagship in Indochina, opened in June 2012 on 39 hectares of meticulously preserved mountainside in the Son Tra Peninsula Nature Reserve.
Our 189-room luxury property is hidden in pristine jungle overlooking Bai Bac Bay, with a beautiful 700-metre secluded beach, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful.

Architect Bill Bensley designed the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property, creating a signature fusion of vernacular architecture, bold high-contrast décor and whimsical, storied touches. Throughout the property you will find a wealth of French and Vietnamese inspired furniture, ornately crafted fixtures and original artwork to surprise and delight. InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort was also the first to introduce Michelin-starred dining to Vietnam with Chef Pierre Gagnaire in La Maison 1888. Exceptional dining and recreation facilities make our property a destination unto itself, whether for day trips, meetings, or visits by families and groups of friends.
Location
Only 30 minutes (20 km.) by car from Danang International Airport, and 13 km. from Danang City, our resort is in pristine wilderness, overlooking a secluded private bay on the Son Tra Peninsula.
A range of world-class destinations are nearby, such as Danang’s famed 94 km. white sand coastline, and UNESCO heritage sites like Hue and My Son. For other attractions, our Concierge will share insider tips and arrange everything you need, from transportation and tour guides to privileged access.
