La Maison 1888 is delighted to present an evening with Champagne Billecart-Salmon and its signature style of ethereal aromas and delicate expression, exalted by ancestral methods of vinification.

Several remarkable champagnes will be available at the dinner, including the Brut Rosé, known for its finesse and pale radiance; the complex and elegant Blanc de Blancs; the fine and harmonious Brut Réserve; and the powerful Brut Sous Bois. The refined Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon 2007, created as a tribute to one of the House’s founders, will be poured, as will the noble Cuvée Louis Salmon, a tribute to Elisabeth’s brother.

Adding a special aura of rarity to the evening is the venerable presence of Chef Pierre Gagnaire himself. The three Michelin-starred French chef is a well-known iconoclast at the forefront of the fusion cuisine movement and his presence is sure to make the event an entrancing culinary affair to be remembered.

Guests can reserve one of the limited dinner places for VND 6,899,000++ per person, or book a weekend stay with the Taste of Luxury package, inclusive of daily buffet breakfast, return airport transfers and seats at the exclusive dinner for two.
